Estimating Nitrogen Contribution from Cover Crops on Organic Vegetable and Cane Berry Farms

This WSARE funded project involves six organic vegetable and cane berry farms. Our objectives are to evaluate various on-farm methods of measuring nitrogen and dry-matter contributions from cover crops selected by the farmers. The project is funded for the winters of 2006-2007 and 2007-2008. Participating farms are:
