We aim to design farm landscapes that provide excellent habitat for beneficial insects. We are working with the Integrated Plant Protection Center "Farmscaping for Beneficials" project ( http://ipmnet.org/Farmscaping_for_Beneficials.html) and North Willamette growers. We plan to install beetle banks and insectary plantings at NWREC and area farms to increase pollination and pest predation.
